The Laureate

This Penthouse residence has far stretching city and Hudson River views and has been meticulously re-designed with custom interiors and furnishings.

A 21ft entrance gallery leads to an expansive Great room showcasing 10ft ceilings, plaster moldings and full height windows with French doors that open to a curved standing balcony at the prow of the building facing North and West. The library opens to the great room and is lined with custom built shelving, a decorative fireplace and French doors to a Juliet balcony.

The plush velvet media room features a custom bar and state of the art audio/visual system with cinema-like screen.

We designed the apartment to create an expansive entertaining space.  The project required articulate ceiling design fitted with integrated LED cove lighting.

Additionally, we designed a smart home technology system that incorporates central sound and lighting systems, multi-zoned A/C and electronic window shades throughout.
