219th Street Condominiums

Located in the Williambridge area of the Bronx, this residential multifamily building was designed with a forward thinking approach to set the project apart from the surrounding developments.

Maximizing light and ventilation were major design guidelines. In addition, cost and construction time were mandatory requirements.

Designed with an efficient “poured in place” reinforced concrete skeleton the structure allowed for the hollow exterior walls to maximize insulation and fireproofing which in turn allowed for energy efficiency and safety.

Approximately 2,500 sqft a floor an ingenious interior layout allowed maximizing the number of apartment per floor, giving the developers maximum profitability.

The building was built on stills and the ground level was opened to maximize air circulation and natural light as well as to let vehicular access to a parking facility located below grade level and under the garden, in the rear of the property.
